Global Mobility & Plan B

South of Latin America probably offers stronger overall advantages than New Zealand as a WW3 hedge.
These 2 regions are often times mentioned globally from various intelligence community sources in case of WW3. Let's look into it.

Bottom line:

NZ is high-trust, straight-laced, rules-based, high bunker density.
SLA is messy but full of angles and flexibility.
Both regions provide distance from potential conflict zones and strong food self-sufficiency, but the South of Latin America wins clearly on energy independence, ease of residency, low cost of living, vast scale, straightforward foreign property ownership, and territorial taxation systems.
New Zealand leads only in rule of law, safety perception, and institutional trust, while suffering from energy dependence, significantly higher living costs, and more limited flexibility for long-term sovereign planning.

Brazil provides exceptionally strong constitutional protections against extradition.

Brazilian citizens enjoy near-absolute immunity from extradition under the constitution. Even naturalized citizens face very limited exposure compared to most other jurisdictions.

There is no perfect place to live, only different sets of trade-offs.

Europe offers walkable cities, rich culture, but often comes with over-regulation, rising safety concerns in certain areas, and long, dark winters. Asia provides low costs, excellent service culture, and warm weather, yet frequently involves poor air quality, traffic and the difficulty of ever truly belonging as a foreigner. The United States excels in economic opportunity and certain lifestyle options but tends to be car-dependent and expensive for maintaining a healthy, balanced life as a family.
Many people building sovereign lifestyles now maintain two or three home bases and rotate between them seasonally. This approach maximizes the upsides of each location while preventing any single place from becoming stale, although it becomes significantly more complicated once children who need stability enter the picture.

Here's my view on location matrix. Very individual and specific. Do not take it as a law. Do your own research.

Africa is rapidly becoming a major CBI hotspot

Several African countries are advancing or have already launched Citizenship by Investment programs, including Egypt, Sierra Leone, São Tomé and Príncipe, with more expected in 2026. While these programs offer lower price points, their long-term value depends heavily on passport strength, program stability in the region, and due diligence standards. The use is very limited but might have sense for some as a springboard benefit in specific cases.

Volkswagen has blocked users running GrapheneOS (the most hardened and privacy-focused Android OS) from logging into and controlling their cars via the official app. The app still works on old, unpatched End-of-Life Android versions, revealing that the restriction is not based on actual security.

A massive dataset allegedly containing hundreds of millions of OnlyFans user records appeared for sale on cybercrime forums. The information includes emails, phone numbers, usernames, and linked social profiles, significantly increasing the risk of doxxing and extortion even if it stems from older leaks.

Standard WiFi routers can now identify people with extremely high accuracy.

Researchers at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology demonstrated that WiFi beamforming feedback creates unique body signatures, allowing near-perfect individual recognition without any cameras or additional hardware. This turns everyday routers into powerful, invisible surveillance devices.

Under Keir Starmer’s administration, the UK is moving toward stricter regulations on social media access, content moderation, and online activity, particularly targeting younger users. Critics argue these measures represent a significant expansion of state control over digital life.

UK pushing VPN providers to implement age verification and digital ID checks

The UK government is advancing legislation that would force consumer VPN providers to collect user identification data (including biometrics) in order to block access for under-18s, presented as a child safety measure alongside social media bans for minors. In practice, this turns privacy tools into surveillance gateways and represents a major step toward broader digital control.
Analysis & likely outcomes:
--This is largely a disguise for surveillance.
-- Many users will switch to anonymous VPN providers based in jurisdictions outside UK legal reach.
-- Others will simply run their own VPN servers on VPS providers.
-- Some will move to decentralized options such as Nostr VPN
-- Every intelligent person (including kids) will find workarounds and will not comply with these stupid overreaches.

ZombieAgent attack allowed takeover of ChatGPT and data exfiltration

Researchers at Radware demonstrated an indirect prompt injection technique capable of hijacking ChatGPT sessions to steal sensitive user data such as emails and address books without requiring direct interaction from the victim. The attack can also establish persistence by modifying the AI’s long-term memory, allowing continued data harvesting even after the initial conversation ends.

Canada advancing major surveillance state legislation through Bills C-22, C-34, and C-36

The Canadian government is pushing a package of bills that introduce mandatory metadata retention, encryption backdoors, easier law enforcement access to personal data, and an unelected “Digital Safety Commission” with broad powers to regulate content and enforce age verification via digital ID.

Children born as dual citizens at birth can benefit from exemptions when one parent later expatriates from the United States. This strategy helps avoid or minimize the US exit tax on future generations.
Obtain a second citizenship ideally before having children so it passes automatically by descent from birth.
Do not acquire the second citizenship after the child is already born if you are relying on dual-citizen-from-birth status.
Never publicly announce, post about, or publish your second citizenship in any way. Keeping it completely private is always the best practice, public disclosure is a very bad idea that can create unnecessary scrutiny and complications.

The European Union is advancing new taxes targeting digital services, gambling, and crypto.

Proposed measures could generate up to €11 billion annually for the EU budget, including a potential 0.1% tax on crypto transactions.

The claimant used abandoned property laws after providing notice and waiting the required period. I am not so sure if the claimant understands how bitcoin works. Even with resolution in his favor it changes nothing from the self-custody perspective. Not your keys, not your coins.
