Qualified Investor. Open to any nationality. You need about $500k in Panama real estate, $500k in Panama securities or a $750k five-year bank deposit. You hold the investment for five years. Permanent residency comes on approval, often in 1 to 3 months. We can usually file before you travel. You come to Panama for the card and cédula.
Pensionado. There is no minimum age. You need a lifetime pension of $1,000 a month. Couples can often combine their pensions. Add $250 for each dependent. The requirement drops to $750 if you own Panama property worth $100k or more in your name. You get permanent residency on approval.
