The only condition is to enter the territory every 365 days for at least 1 day. In other words, a temporary residence permit is issued for 2 years (after 2 years you can change it to permanent residence). This means that the person must enter the territory for 1 day in the first 365 days and a second time in the second year of residence (when it is already possible to change to permanent residence).
